In the au, owls do have soulmates like other species, but it is unclear what their soulbond is (ex: crows=wings healing/burning, cats=collars with connecting lasers, etc.) Unlike other species that live in full groups like families, owl duos hunt each other down. (Similar to actual owls hunting smaller ones)
